Who We Are

Beacon Point Holdings LLC is an operating company that builds, owns, and runs software brands. Formed in Delaware on September 8, 2026 (Delaware file number 10762939), the company is structured to build and hold practical software products for the long term. Beacon Point is not only a patent holding company. We are an active operating business that runs our brands as wholly-owned divisions, develops the shared technology behind them, and holds the intellectual property directly.

Our Model: Build, Operate, Hold

We organize our work around three commitments. First, we build software in-house for specific, well-defined jobs rather than vague markets. Second, we operate what we build. Each division has a clear product scope, direct accountability, and plain terms. Where a brand sells a product or service, we publish pricing openly on the site so buyers know the cost upfront.

Third, we hold our divisions for the long term. Because we build brands to run them ourselves rather than package them for quick exits, we prioritize software durability, verifiable outputs, and steady engineering improvements.

Shared Technology

Running multiple focused software divisions works best when they share a common technical spine. Beacon Point develops shared infrastructure used across its portfolio. At the center of this work is Cortex, our shared decision-intelligence engine in development, alongside ElasticSpot, our AI organization-builder in development. Cortex enforces hard safety and spending rules, precedent tracking, multi-perspective review, and scenario planning before an AI acts. When we improve verification or safety in our core engine, every Beacon Point division benefits.

How Decisions Get Made

We apply strict operating principles to both our company and the software we ship. Every claim made by our tools must be sourced. Our AI systems are built to show their work with clear receipts. Nothing is sent or spent by an automated workflow without a human yes. Privacy by default governs how every division handles data.
